Granted, your family probably isn't as messed up as The Simmons: One of the twin boys, Todd & Terry,  brutally murdered someone at a drive-in theater 10 years ago...and one of the twins has been in an institution since then. He breaks out and heads home for Thanksgiving to make things right with the world. Lots of slashing and some effective gore FX ensue.
